General Introduction & Acknowledgement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ok444 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By using ok444's website, mobile application, or any digital service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

3.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

When registering with ok444, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. Opening an account with incorrect, false, or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. You are responsible for any activity carried out through your account.

• Use a strong password — combine numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters, and special characters.
• Do not use the same password on other websites.
• If you suspect a security breach, immediately go to the ok444 Login page to change your password and notify the support team.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

ok444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasonable cause. These reasons include: violation of Terms, suspicion of fraud, operating multiple accounts, or a request by the user themselves.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ok444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This timeframe applies after the withdrawal request has been verified and approved.

• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on ok444 are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000; or if you deposit ৳22,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met. The wagering requirement on ok444 is 20 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Unused bonuses expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• ok444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on ok444, make sure your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All betting decisions are the user's own and ok444 does not provide advice on this matter.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or server issue, ok444 will make a decision at its own discretion in that situation. Wins or losses resulting from a clear technical error may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

When placing bets in the sports betting section, please note that odds are subject to change. ok444 reserves the right to void or review any bet for reasonable cause, such as when an event is cancelled, postponed, or altered.

6.4 Casino Games

Prohibited Activities

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your activity and consistency on the platform. Reaching a higher tier results in increased benefits and cashback rates. ok444 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and may change any member's VIP status if irregularities are detected.
